Alom Extrusions Limited is the flagship Company of ALOM GROUP of Industries, with its Head Office at Kolkata, in the State of West Bengal, currently operating two units located in Kolkata and Balasore.
Equipped with Two automated Hydraulic Extrusion Presses of 910 MT and 2000 MT capacity with PLC controlled robotic puller; it has an installed production capacity of 7,500MT/annum.
Equipped with Four automated Hydraulic Extrusion Presses of 960 MT, 1250 MT, 1460 MT and 2100 MT capacity with PLC controlled robotic puller; it has an installed production capacity of 14,000MT/annum.
For precision die-development, both plants are provided with CNC wire cut and EDM spark erosion machines. They have in-house billet casting facilities and are equipped with hardness tests, microstructure tests, spectrometer, etc. for ensuring strict quality control.
